History & Background
I-ta Suki Restaurant was established in 2004 located in north of Jakarta at Pluit area. It was formally under the supervision of Blue Sky Hotel (4 star hotel) which is at Balikpapan, East Kalimantan that has achieved ISO 2000 in the hospitality industry& restaurant management.
At the same time, I-ta Suki Restaurant is legally registered the trademark in the Ministry Law of Indonesia under the name of PT Damai Berkat Bersaudara.
With the reputation of Blue Sky Hotel for about 40 years, I-ta Suki restaurant has been supported by experienced & skilled chefs & human resources. I-ta Suki restaurant has expanded tremendously to 14 outlets within a relatively short period of time. In order to maintain a consistent quality & taste of food, we set up a centralized kitchen in 2005 which was before we opened our second outlet.

Concepts of Restaurant
Suki is our main menu but we also cater Chinese dishes including Dim Sum& Seafood with a halal concept (NO PORK NO LARD).
Our food concept can be accepted by all ages, genders & religions with updated décor & clean atmosphere.

- Suki- Direct presentation by showcase display so customers can select the items freely.
- Chinese & Seafood - The signature dishes are Fried Chicken Singkawang, Special Fried Mantou served with Sautéed Dry Chilly Beef, Fried Carp/Grouper with Hongkong Style Soya Sauce.
- Dim Sum &Desserts - Steamed Chicken Feet/Fung Chao, Siew Mai, Durian Spring roll, Cassava Thai Style, Orange Coconut Pudding & Coconut Pudding.
- Beverages- Lychee Tea, Fruity Passion& Golden Squash.
- We also serve outside caterings for birthdays, weddings & meetings.
